PTSA

Welcome to the Greenville MS/HS PTSA homepage. We are a local chapter of the New York State PTA organization committed to representing every child with one voice. The purpose of our chapter is to engage and empower parents, teachers and students at the Middle School and High School to ensure that every child’s potential becomes a reality.

Members and volunteers are the backbone of the Greenville MS/HS PTSA. Our chapter encourages parents, teachers, staff and students to become members. Joining is easy through our online portal:  MemberHub The membership form found here may also be returned to the MS or HS with payment.  This year's membership fee is $10 per parent or community member and $5 per faculty member, staff person or student.

For the 2023-24school year, our meetings will take place from 6-7pm on the first Thursday of most months in the MS/HS. We encourage you to join us. Members are encouraged but not required to attend meetings.  Contact any of the PTSA officers to discuss an issue related to our organization.  Please email us at PTSA@greenvillecsd.org for a link to the Google Meet.

Grant Request Form

The Greenville MS/HS PTSA is happy to offer grants to enhance student development. All requests for a grant must be made by a PTSA member. The priority will be given to requests that impact the greatest number of students at the Middle and High School.

Complete the grant request form below and submit it to the appropriate school principal. After signing the grant request, the principal will forward the paperwork to the PTSA President and the request will be discussed during the appropriate meeting. The teacher will then be notified by the PTSA regarding the decision.
