The District is happy to announce the opening of the tennis courts and track for our community use beginning on Friday, July 24, 2020. Hopefully we can open more areas soon; but, at this time the outside basketball court, new athletic fields, playground, pavilion and restroom will remain closed. Please avoid areas around the track where work is continuing and use caution while parking and moving throughout the area.
In an effort to encourage social distancing and discourage large gatherings. It is important for all visitors to respect the following rules regarding the use of the outdoor facilities at Greenville:
Pets are not allowed on campus
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters or other fitness equipment with wheels are not allowed on the track and tennis court as these can damage the surfaces.
For safety, please continue to observe 6 feet of social distance and be respectful of others while using the District’s facilities. Visitors should wear face coverings when they are not able to maintain social distance from other community members.
We understand how challenging these past few months have been and are pleased that our community can begin to enjoy some of these new recreational spaces moving forward.
