About Food Service

As of November 1, 2023, meals are free for all students attending Greenville Central School District through 2027. Students will continue to have the opportunity to purchase a variety of snacks and beverages. If you have any questions, please contact Tracy Churchill, our Food Services Supervisor at (518) 966-5070 ext. 429.

Meals

BREAKFAST

  • Breakfast is free for all students as of November 1, 2023.

    For students who would like a breakfast or milk in addition to their free meal:

    • Extra Breakfast UPK-5 $1.75

    • Extra Breakfast 6-12 $2.00

    • Extra Milk UPK-8 $0.60

    • Extra Milk 9-12 $0.65

  • All breakfasts include 100% fruit juice, fruit, milk, and one daily breakfast item.

  • Hours of Operation:

    • ES: 7:50am - 9:15am

    • MS/HS: 7:00am - 9:15am

LUNCH

  • Lunch is free for all students as of November 1, 2023. For students who would like a lunch or milk in addition to their free meal:

    • Extra Lunch UPK-12: $3.00

    • Extra Milk UPK-5: $0.60

    • Extra Milk 6-12: $0.65

  • A reimbursable lunch has at least 3 of 5 components (milk, vegetable, fruit, grain and meat/meat alternative).

    One must be a fruit or vegetable of student’s choice.

  • Hours of Operation:

    • ES: 10:55am to 1:20pm

    • MS/HS: 10:24am - 1:17pm (lunch periods 4, 5, 6 & 7)

Breakfast is not served on two hour delays. Lunch is not served on half days.

ADULT MEALS
Based on guidance from the NYS Child Nutrition Management System, adult rates as of September 1, 2024 will be:

  • Breakfast $2.95 plus tax ($3.19)

  • Lunch $5.24 plus tax ($5.66)
