Senior Yearbook Deadlines - Class of 2027

Dear Senior Parents/Guardians,

Below you will find important information regarding senior yearbooks, including deadlines.

All seniors get a 1⁄3 page spread that includes:

  1. Senior portrait

  2. Senior Quote (max 3 sentences)

  3. List of Achievements (up to 450 characters)

  4. 1-2 Pics from Baby/Toddler/Childhood

  5. Short parent/guardian message (max 3 sentences)

Yearbook Checklist for Seniors

  • Senior Portrait

    • Option 1: Submit a photo taken by Upstate Images (Deadline 12/16/2026)

      • You must select the photo you want in the yearbook. Upstate Images sent an email with instructions on how to select your photo.

    • Option 2: Submit a photo taken by an outside photographer (Deadline 1/4/2027)

  • Senior Quote & List of Achievements - Deadline 1/4/2027

    • Students should use this Google Form to submit their senior quote and list of achievements.

    • Senior Quote: A short message to leave in the yearbook as the student's "last word" before graduation. It's like a caption for their high school experience - something funny, meaningful, or memorable that represents the student. The quote must be school-appropriate. Note: It is best practice to give credit to the person who originally said it.

    • List of Achievements: What clubs, sports, or activities the student took part in. What achievements the student would like to be known for.

  • Baby/Toddler/Childhood Photos - Deadline 1/18/2027

  • Parent/Guardian(s) Message - Deadline 1/18/2027

    • A short message of congratulations (maximum 3 sentences).

    • Submit using this Google Form.

    • Those who wish to leave a message longer than 3 sentences must purchase ad space.

Yearbook Ads

  • Deadline: 1/18/2027

  • Parents/guardians who would like more space to congratulate their senior may purchase an ad.

  • Ads can be self-designed or created by a member of the yearbook staff. Most ads include a short note/image.

  • Email hs-yearbook@greenvillecsd.org to purchase.

  • Cost:

    • Full Page $125

    • Half Page $75

    • Quarter Page

      $50

    • Business Card $25

  • Cash or check are accepted forms of payment. Checks can be made out to GCS HS Yearbook. Payment can be mailed to the address below or dropped off at the HS Main Office.

  • Local businesses can also purchase ad space!
